Cucumber Herioca

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml Beaufort VS Smoked Gin
  • 20ml Ancho Verde Liqueur
  • 20ml Fresh Lime
  • 20ml Cane Syrup 1:1
  • 2 dash(s) Orange Bitters (Regan’s)
  • Cucumber Peel Knot

METHOD

Combine the gin, liquor, lime, syrup and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake for 15-20 seconds and fine strain.

Serve in a Coupette glass.

Garnish with a cucumber peel knot.
