Kill Or Cured

INGREDIENTS

• 30ml Beaufort VS Smoked Gin
• 20ml Ælred Melonade Liqueur
• 15ml Fino Sherry (Tio Pepe)
• 50ml London Essence Grapefruit & Rosemary
• Melon Slice

PREP

Combine the gin, liqueur, sherry and London essence into a wine glass and fill glass with ice. Stir for 3 seconds. Add extra tonic if required and stir again.

Garnish with a melon slice.
