Rum Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 45ml Three Tides Smoked Demerara Rum 
  • 5ml PX Sherry
  • 25ml Nespresso Arpeggio
  • 15ml Coconut Water Syrup
  • Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • Dash Tahitian Vanilla Extract
  • Desiccated Coconut & Shaved Dark Chocolate

PREP

Coconut Water Syrup: Add 25g White Sugar to 100g Coconut Water and stir until dissolved. Pour into small bottle. Ready to use.

METHOD

Combine rum, sherry, Nespresso, syrup, bitters and vanilla extract with ice in a mixing glass, stir with a stirring spoon and fine strain.

Serve in an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with desiccated coconut and shaved dark chocolate.
