INGREDIENTS

• 40ml Beaufort VS Smoked Gin
• 10ml Citrus Vodka (Grey Goose)
• 20ml Lillet Blanc Aperitif
• 2 dash(s) Teapot Bitters
• Lemon Rind & Zest

METHOD

Combine the gin, vodka, fillet blanc and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake for 15-20 seconds and fine strain.

Serve in a Coupette glass.

Garnish with lemon rind & zest.
