Smoked Maple Highball
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Three Tides Smoked Dark Rum
- 5ml Salt Solution
- 20ml Maple Syrup
- 100ml London Essence Soda
- Orange Zest Coin
PREP
Salt Solution: Stir together 8g Maldon Sea Salt and 100ml filtered water. Pour into small bottle. Ready to use.
METHOD
Add salt solution and maple syrup into a Highball glass, add Rum and fill glass with ice. Stir for 3 seconds. Add half soda and stir again.
Finish with soda.
Garnish with orange zest coin.
