Smoked Negroni

INGREDIENTS

• 40ml Beaufort VS Smoked Gin
• 40ml Sweet Vermouth
• 40ml Campari
• Few drops of Angostura Bitters
• Orange Wedge

METHOD

Combine the Gin, Vermouth, Campari and bitters into a stirring pitcher and fill with cubed ice. Stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into Old Fashioned glass with cubed ice.

Garnish with an orange wedge.
