Smoked Roses Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 50ml Beaufort VS Smoked Gin
  • 50ml Roses Lime Cordial
  • 50ml Limonata (top up to taste)

METHOD

Combine the gin and cordial with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake for 15-20 seconds and fine strain.

Serve in a Coupette or Old Fashioned glass and top with limonata.
