Breakfast vs The Negroni

Make ahead–
BeauFort Smoked Negroni

V60 DRIPPER POUR OVER METHOD

  • Add 20g of coarse, ground coffee to the filter.
  • Add 1 barspoon of BeauFort Negroni Marmalade to the filter.
  • Pour the BeauFort Negroni over the filter and add 25ml water.
  • Allow time to completely drip through.
  • Discard filter paper and then...
  • Pour over a magnanimous block of ice, garnish with a slice of orange, and... Sip & Savour.

THE FRENCH PRESS METHOD

  • Remove the press
  • Add marmalade and coffee grounds to the bottom of the vessel.
  • Add the BeauFort Negroni plus 25ml of water. Stir to combine.
  • Allow to infuse for 3-5 mins.
  • Place the plunger back in.
  • Pour over a magnanimous block of ice, garnish with a slice of orange, and... Sip & Savour.

THE COLD BREW METHOD

  • Take a glass and pour in 50ml of Cold Brew Coffee.
  • Pour the BeauFort Negroni into the same glass.
  • Add a huge chunk of ice, garnish with an orange slice and give it a quick stir...
  • As for the Beaufort Negroni Marmalade? Whack that on some toast and feel smug about your breakfast decisions.
